Our Policies

Deposit

When deposit are made, either through Zelle or Cash App, you upload a screenshot for confirmation of your deposit

Late Arrivals

For late arrivals, call if you’re running late for your appointment at least 30 minutes before your appointment time. If you’re more than 35 minutes late for your appointment, it will cost you an extra $15.

Cancelation

Cancellations can only be made 24 hours before your appointment time, and the initial deposit of $25 made before your appointment is not refundable.

RESCHEDULING

If you missed or cancelled your appointment and want to reschedule, you are still expected to make the initial payment of $25 and upload the screenshot before rescheduling.
